Shin-Okubo is said to be a Korean town in Tokyo. Within walking distance from Shinjuku Station, there are plenty of places to enjoy Korean food, Korean cosmetics, and photogenic sweets. Due to the influence of the third Korean wave boom, it is especially crowded on weekends.
